Corporate and Business Law (ACCA LW)
Overview:
The ACCA LW exam tests your general knowledge of the legal framework as well as your specific knowledge of how the law relates to business and when you should consult an expert.
Structure of ACCA LW paper:
The corporate and business law exam is a two-hour paper to test your knowledge of the ACCA LW syllabus. The paper is split into two sections. Section A consists of 25 objective test questions which are two marks each and 20 objective test questions which are one mark each.
Section B of the LW ACCA exam consists of five 6 mark multi-task questions.
