Kenneth Sule-Ejeh,

United Kingdom

Kenneth Sule-Ejeh, is a British MBA (Project Management) student, who graduated in 2012 through LSBF's InterActive programme. Doing an MBA has improved his employability and eligibility for promotion, giving him the tools to move ahead in his career at JP Morgan Chase. Kenneth graduated in 2012 with an MBA in Project Management using LSBF's flexible InterActive programme and is finding the skills that he learned invaluable as he returns to his role as a Business Analyst at JP Morgan Chase. His management skills have noticeably improved putting him in a much stronger position for promotion within the team. “I chose to do an MBA to give me added value as an employee. Studying at LSBF equipped me with the necessary management and strategic skills that open up more opportunities for promotion. I have learned how to manage people’s expectations while keeping my mind on the firm’s objectives. “The management skills that I have developed during the course have given me great insights into how best to manage a project by looking at it from different angles and absorbing different points of view. The course fitted perfectly with my job and career needs.” What's your advice for new students? Doing an MBA gives you lifelong benefits. The skills you learn will increase your employability and most importantly, make you stand out from other candidates. Combining the two courses is more time-efficient and is the best combination for anyone who really wants to make a difference in their field – ACCA gives you accounting knowledge as well as covering other areas of business. MBA gives you the opportunity to tailor your degree to specific career needs.
