LSBF reaches all-time high at PQ Awards 2019 with seven nominations

London, 31 January 2019 – London School of Business and Finance (LSBF) has been shortlisted for a record number of seven categories at the upcoming PQ Awards 2019.
The PQ Awards have been created by PQ Magazine, the leading publication for accountancy professionals. A regular fixture in this important industry recognition, LSBF has now received nominations ten years in a row.
Established to recognise excellence in providing training solutions and teaching methods, the PQ Awards have become a synonym for quality in the sector.
Rob Sowerby, Director of Professional Training at LSBF, commented: “This is the first time we have been nominated in so many categories, which reflects the high regard in which LSBF is held by the accounting community.”
London School of Business and Finance has been shortlisted in seven categories, recognising teaching methods, innovation and personal achievements of lecturers and students. The nominations are:
- Online College of the Year: LSBF Online
- Accountancy College of the Year: London Campus
- Lecturer of the Year: Brigita Petrova
- Study Resource of the Year: LSBF ACCA Library “ACCApedia”
- Best Use of Social Media: LSBF TV
- Distance Learning Student of the Year: Rouhan Ahmed
- PQ of the Year: Alpa Mehangra

Being nominated is not only an honour, but a confirmation of the quality in accountancy training that students, lectures and future employers can expect to find at LSBF,” added Mr Sowerby.
The PQ Awards ceremony will be held at the Café de Paris in Central London on Tuesday 26 February.
