London, 18 June 2018 – London School of Business and Finance Online (LSBF Online) has today announced the launch of its new AAT Level 4 course.
LSBF Online is an AAT Approved Learning Partner and has been offering online professional accounting courses and qualifications since 2008. All AAT programmes are delivered on the InterActive e-learning platform. The launch of this new online course will provide students with higher accountancy skills to suit their chosen careers specialisms.
AAT is an option for accounting technicians looking to build their skill set and gain specialised insight into their careers in accountancy, following successful completion of the preceding levels. AAT is often chosen as a route to enter the accountancy profession, prior to beginning the ACCA qualification to become a Chartered Accountant.
Providing comprehensive flexible study options to cater to students’ lifestyle choices, including HD interactive video-lectures, means that students can organise their learning experience to fit their daily schedule. The programme lasts as long as the student chooses. The student is able to enrol and begin as of 1st June 2018. With no fixed intake date, students will not have to worry about missing out on a place as they can start the course at any time.
The course also includes Live-Chat sessions in the form of student Q&As, resources such as Osborne books and LSBF Online’s provision of a 24-hour email response, to provide support to students throughout their studies.
Rob Sowerby, LSBF Director of Professional Courses, said: “LSBF Online is delighted to announce the launch of this new AAT Level 4 course. Adding this new course, LSBF Online is holding to our three key benefits to students: personalisation, flexibility, and access. Students are thus able to study according to their own schedule, regardless of location and personal commitments.”
LSBF Online’s AAT Level 4 units consist of four mandatory units focused on essentials skills. They are:
- Financial Statements of Limited Companies (FSLC)
- Management Accounting Decision and Control (MDCL)
- Management Accounting Budgeting (MABU)
- Accounting Systems and Control (PDSY)
Students must also choose two additional units, selecting from a range of options they look to specialise in, thereby providing students greater choice in their studies. The options consist of:
- Cash and Treasury Management (CTRM)
- Credit Management (CDMT)
- Business Tax (BTAX)
- Personal Tax (PTAX)
- External Auditing (ETAU)
“With this Level 4 Foundation Certificate, our students are able to learn at their own pace and utilise the full breadth of support provided to them by LSBF Online, from the additional content to the online support from tutors, so as to gain the most from their studies,” added Mr Sowerby.
