Garry has over forty years industrial experience, gained largely in the manufacturing sector. His career started in the Personnel function where he progressed to International Personnel Director leading a number of strategic Projects. On gaining his MBA from Warwick University he made the transition to become International Projects Director, latterly for BMW, before becoming an independent Management Consultant. Throughout his career Garry has been involved in education and has co-written Case Studies and a book, and he brings all of this experience to his lecturing sessions.
