Dr. Chau Duong is a qualified accountant, holding certifications from CIMA and AICPA, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI). With prior experience as an auditor at Ernst & Young, Chau has also served as a freelance financial consultant for various institutions, alongside academia. Chau is a recognised academic, having achieved Senior Fellow status with Advance HE (SFHEA) and currently serving as a board member of the CMBE CPD Review Board of the Chartered Association of Business Schools (CABS). Teaching across a broad spectrum of subjects in business management, finance, and accounting, Chau has instructed students at all levels in the UK and internationally, including PhD programmes, MBAs, and executive education courses. Chau has consistently contributed to internationally esteemed journals and presented at leading conferences in business, finance, and accounting. Chau has a PhD Business and Management (Accounting major), MBA, MSc Finance and Investment, PG Certification in Higher Education, BA Accounting and BA English Linguistics and Literature, and is a proud alumnus of the Chevening and Shell Centenary Scholarship Funds.
